Meet Bob Rau and Rich Bower

Bob and Rich are professional, personable businessmen, and pride themselves on the relationships they forge with their clients. Partnering with the area’s finest architects, engineers and high-end craftsmen, both work hard to create a home to meet each individual buyer’s special requirements and dreams. Bob works closely with an architect to ensure each Heritage Manor Homes design complements the size and topography of the individual lot and its relationship to the surrounding neighborhood. Rich personally supervises the construction of every home.

A member of a multi-generation family of home builders, Bob Rau has over 40 years experience in the building business. Having built many custom homes, Bob has seen it all, and exudes the solid, steady and reliable professionalism necessary to smoothly bring dreams to life. Again and again, Bob has established lifelong friendships with clients as he custom-designs a home to their unique specifications. Widely respected for his community spirit, Bob served on the council of the Borough of Fanwood, the Board of Directors of the local YMCA and United Way, as well as various other community projects, including 20 years as a volunteer firefighter. He currently serves as a board member of the New Jersey Builders Association, and has been recognized as a Life Director of the Community Builders Association. Bob is a lifelong resident of New Jersey; he currently lives in Warren Township.


 

Rich Bower

Rich Bower

In the building business since 1983, Rich has been responsible for many projects in Fanwood, Berkeley Heights, Chatham, Mendham, Summit and Warren. He encourages prospective buyers to visit and inspect the homes and projects he has worked on to appreciate the high quality of workmanship.

Over the past 35 years, Rich has produced dozens of superb properties with unsurpassed custom design features. His approach to this business is careful and caring, and his service to his community substantial. An EMT, Rich has been a member of the Volunteer Rescue Squad in Berkeley Heights, his hometown, for 40 years, and has served as president of that organization.
